David Meek has spent more than 35 years at the intersection of technology and higher education. He founded Campus Management Corporation and Education Technology Associates before founding Student First, bringing a track record of building platforms that serve the institutions the legacy market underserves. His vision for Student First is simple: give every institution access to a modern, AI-powered SIS built for the way higher education actually works today.
Viki Hucke-McCright has decades of experience in higher education technology and leadership. Prior to joining Student First, Viki held multiple senior roles at Campus Management and most recently Anthology, where she led strategic initiatives, customer engagement, and career education. She brings deep expertise in product strategy, R&D, and building strong client relationships, which will allow her to immediately strengthen execution positioning Student First to deliver solutions that are both innovative and grounded in what institutions actually need. Viki will also be instrumental in guiding Student First's efforts to drive high-value and advanced solutions to our customers.
Garland Hall brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience in the information technology industry, with deep expertise across higher education and K–12. Prior to joining Student First, Garland served on the executive teams at Ellucian and Frontline Education, where he led organizations through complex transformation initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, modernization, and digital and cloud transformation. Garland is known for his strong financial acumen, customer-first approach, and ability to build and develop high-performing teams. He is a proven mentor and talent developer who helps organizations operate more efficiently by aligning people, strategy, and customer-first outcomes.
Joe Fisher brings more than 30 years of higher education experience, over 25 focused exclusively on student information systems, as an implementation consultant, project manager, and sales executive. He has helped institutions of every size navigate the complex business challenges of SIS selection, implementation, and transformation. At Student First, Joe's collaborative approach and deep operational knowledge directly serve the institutions we partner with to fulfill their mission through modern technology.
Mike Cleary brings over 25 years of experience building and leading global support and success organizations, which will be key to advancing our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Prior to Student First, Mike led Customer Success teams at Flexera, CloudCheckr, and Ellucian. During his 20 years at Ellucian, he was responsible for leading more than 200 professionals across Product Support, Customer Success Enablement, and managing over $450 million in annual Maintenance Revenue Renewals.
