With Student First, Harcum brings admissions, student records, academic operations, financial aid processing, and student billing into one system of record. Paired with Blackbaud’s financial and fundraising solutions, this connected campus approach gives Harcum’s teams a shared, real-time view of student and institutional data, so information moves across departments without extra steps.
Harcum’s evaluation centered on a clear set of goals: stronger reporting and analytics, deeper integration across campus systems, a more intuitive experience for staff, and expanded self-service for students. Student First’s open API architecture will connect the SIS with Harcum’s learning management system, payment processor, and Blackbaud solutions, replacing manual processes with automated workflows that keep data consistent across the college.
