Challenge

Algoma University faced a challenge due to rapid growth in its three campuses, requiring increased resources and revamped processes for its diverse student body. Despite growing student enrollments and successful programs, the current systems and processes designed for a smaller university needed modification to align with the institution's expanding scale.

Solution

Student First provided an opportunity to enhance the efficiency of processes and leverage technology effectively. The new platform offered greater transparency in data and processes, fostering collaboration across various departments with distinct functions.

Results

Having a platform to review enrollment numbers, student information, and program-generated revenue has been transformative. Today, it enables the organization to share data and provide visibility to various departments, resulting in:
