YTI selected Student First for accurate reporting, an evergreen platform, multi-campus support, and the ability to keep financial aid processing in-house. Leaders in York, Lancaster, and Altoona will work from the same real-time student record, while native financial aid capabilities, including COD processing and AI-driven Title IV compliance monitoring, equip YTI's aid team to award and disburse with confidence. Frequent releases and zero downtime keep the platform current and available.
Student First will integrate with YTI's Element451 CRM, learning management system, and payment processor. Element451, a Student First partner, brings AI-powered engagement to recruiting and admissions, and its connection to Student First carries each inquiry into one student record through enrollment, coursework, and payment. Students gain a modern Student Portal for self-service from any device, and staff work in an intuitive, grid-based interface.
